The inner lining of Genuine Vegetable Parchment is a very high purity, fat-proof / oil-proof / grease-proof paper, which is also capable of withstanding elevated heat and cold conditions.
Very high heat stability
Our Plumcake Moulds are heat-stable at elevated temperatures up to 220°C, making them eminently suitable for both conventional as well as microwave ovens.
Special non-stick coating
The inner lining is completely non-stick. Your cakes, thus, run NO risk of being contaminated by loosened paper fibres.
Excellent rigidity and shape retention
The high thickness and density of the paperboard gives our Plumcake Mould excellent stiffness and shape-retention properties.
Appealing printed exterior
