These liners are processed from Amol’s Baking Parchment, a special ovenable, non-stick paper made from Genuine Vegetable Parchment paper, not from fakes or imitations.
Special non-stick coating
A special coating on both-sides gives the paper excellent release properties: the paper does not stick to the baked / steamed product.
Perforated, pre-cut rounds
It is available in specially perforated convenient pre-cut rounds, suitable for most of the air-fryer / dim sum basket sizes.
